Rechargeable Tea Lights Will Simplify Your Holidays

The holiday season is upon us and I wanted to share something that will make your holiday decorating much easier—rechargeable, remote-controlled tea lights. I recently released my set of Christmas Village Shops which were designed to complement my original Christmas Village building set. With these two design sets I created the cute little village you see below. (The paper woodland trees are also my design, sold separately)

You can also catch a glimpse of the tea lights I’ve placed inside each building. Nothing is more magical than the look of twinkling lights in holiday decor. However, what you don’t see is when I want to turn off the tea lights, I have to pick up each building, reach in to retrieve the tea light, turn it off, then place my building back to it’s original spot. Rinse and repeat for when I want to turn them on.

Needless to say this process is a little bit of a pain, and I really don’t want to be doing this daily. I also don’t want to leave the tea lights on around the clock because they do eventually fade out and have to be replaced. And this is where rechargeable tea lights become the hero of the day, because they come with a remote and all it takes is one button to turn them on and off. Once you place your tea lights in place, you don’t have to touch them again.

Here is the set of 12 rechargeable tea lights which I purchased on Amazon. Take a look at all the buttons on the remote. You can adjust the brightness, set a timer, and choose from various flickering modes.
