All digital designs sold through Snow Day Blog are original designs owned by Chaiv Design and are protected by copyright. By purchasing or downloading one of my digital files, you agree to the following terms of use.
Personal Use
Your purchase is for personal or non-profit use only. You may use the files to create finished physical projects for yourself, your home, your classroom, events, or to give as gifts, provided no money is being made from those items.
Commercial Use
Commercial use is not permitted. Finished physical products made from my designs may not be sold, offered for sale, or used as part of a business without my express written permission.
Commercial licenses are no longer available for new purchases.
Commercial licenses purchased previously remain subject to the terms that were in effect at the time the license was purchased.
Digital Files
You may not share, sell, trade, copy, redistribute, or give away any of my digital files, in whole or in part.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the original digital files.
- Upload the files to file-sharing sites, design libraries, or online marketplaces.
- Include my designs in another digital product or download.
- Alter or modify the artwork for the purpose of reselling or redistributing it.
- Claim any of my designs or artwork as your own.
Purchasing a file gives you permission to use the design under these terms. Copyright and ownership of the artwork remain with Chaiv Design.
Classes & Group Projects
You may use my designs for personal classroom or non-profit projects, but the digital files themselves may not be distributed to students, participants, other teachers, or third parties.
Refunds
Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, digital purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your files, please contact me and I will be happy to help resolve the issue.
