Black and white paper houses with white christmas trees in holiday village decor

Christmas Village DIY | Cricut SVG Templates for 3D Paper Houses

For the holidays this year, I designed a 3D Paper Christmas Village you can craft at home using your Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine. This DIY village set features three detailed paper buildings—a classic church, a small townhouse, and a large townhouse—each available as individual SVG files or bundled together as a complete village collection.

3D Paper Christmas Village display featuring a white church and two townhouse SVG houses crafted with a Cricut, surrounded by layered white Woodland Christmas Trees on a rustic tabletop.
Set of 3D paper Christmas Village buildings crafted from SVG templates, including a small townhouse, a church with a steeple, and a large townhouse, displayed on a tabletop and available individually or as a set.

These miniature structures make beautiful Christmas mantel décor, table centerpieces, and winter window displays. In the photos below, you’ll see how I paired them with my Woodland Christmas Trees SVG set to create an enchanting Winter Wonderland scene. Change up your cardstock colors, add flickering LED tea lights, and you’ll have a display you’ll love well beyond the holiday season.

  1. I ordered the 3 piece village and the ornament set. I thought that they were going to be mailed to me, I am 69 years old therefore, I don’t know too much about technology. I’m having trouble loading down and at the present moment I don’t have a printer. Is there any possible way, that they could be mailed to me. I already paid for my order and it had already been cleared, please, please, please, can it be mailed to me. Again, I am having issues downloading my village and my ornaments. I really, really, want them, I left you my info above. My name is, Rosalinda Duron, please, make contact with me, as I don’t know how else to reach you. Thank you in advance.

    1. Hi Rosalinda. Thank you very much for your interest in my Christmas Village and Finial Ornaments. I’m sorry about the misunderstanding but I am not able to create these to send to you. I will issue a full refund to your account. Again my apologies, I wish I had a better answer. It’s a busy time for me so I’m not able to fill orders right now. Thank you! Vin

    1. Hmmm..I think it would be possible but you would have to cut the roof parts into separate pieces and maybe use a miter joint to bring them together at the pitch. It would take some editing of the shapes I currently have.

  2. Vin, I just purchased your Christmas Village and received your email confirming my purchase. When I try to download it, however, I get that my account is not eligible to open it.

    1. Hi Janice. I see that you purchased from my Etsy shop. I’m not sure what the issue would be, as long as you’re downloading from the Etsy browser site and not the app there shouldn’t be a problem. I’m going to send the design to your email.

  3. Where do you have listed the cardstock that you use and where do you buy it, and what lb do you use. Thank you.

    1. Hi Stacy. I use 60-65lb cardstock. I don’t post any links to the cardstock I use because many of my vendors sell it in large reams, which is not economical for home crafters. I would say the best retailers are Cardstock Warehouse or Amazon if you’re looking to purchase online, and Paper Source or Michaels if you have stores near you.

  4. Thank you, I forgot to ask you what color cricut board do you use as well as your settings for the cutting, fairly new to all this.

    1. I use the standard grip mat which is the green one. I don’t cut on a Cricut machine so I’m not sure about which settings to use. If you do a search on YouTube you’ll be able to find some good videos on Cricut settings. I recently found this video when I was helping another customer with her Cricut:

I believe at the end of the video the YouTuber shares a chart she made of all her settings. Keep in mind settings change as your blade gets older and more dull, so you need to consider that as well.
