Here is a paper Willow Eucalyptus wreath that I made using my Fern Leaves Design Set that I posted to my SVG shop last week. This wreath is made with the Willow Eucalyptus leaves and the Bud Stems that are included in the leaf set. If you missed it, here is a link to my last post where I created a wreath using the fern leaves in this set.

This is a really simple wreath to make. It took me less than 20 minutes to make my wreath, including the time it takes to cut the leaves. As you can see on my wreath, I didn’t go all the way around the wreath hoop with my leaves. I like wreaths that are more asymmetrical but I think this wreath would be just as beautiful if you made it into a full wreath.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m transitioning to video tutorials so you can watch my video below of how I put this wreath together. But first just a few notes:
WREATH HOOP
The wreath hoop you see in the video is one I made myself with grapevines that I found while foraging outside our home. If you want a similar hoop a good place to search is on Etsy.com. The natural wreath hoops you find on Amazon tend to be thicker in girth, which would be fine but you would need more leaves to cover the wreath. Also, you don’t have to use a hoop made of natural materials. The popular metal wreath hoops would work just as well. My hoop is 7″ in diameter but I believe 8″ is the standard size.
WILLOW EUCALYPTUS LEAVES
The leaves I cut are about 6″ from leaf tip to stem. I always assume that my designs will show up on your computers at the same size that I created them but I have had a few people tell me that they import quite small. So if this is happening to you, just change the size of your leaves if you want to use the same size as mine. I do feel like larger leaves would be even more minimalist and stunning so if you try a different leaf size feel free to share your images with me—I would love to see them!
BUD STEMS
If you have to resize your Eucalyptus leaves, remember to also resize your bud stems so you retain their size proportions if you want them to look like mine.
